This morning was the first time I’ve tried tai chi. I have watched many groups perform these exercises in parks for many years and always thought how beautiful the movements were, especially when done in groups. I have always wanted to learn but until now, just did not have the time being a single working mum.
I am so fortunate to be able to do the things now I have wanted to for so long!
