Lately I have had a hard time staying inspired and found myself becoming depressed.
I found some ideas that help and thought I would share them with you.
I guess the big one for me is listed under #6, “daily reflection”.
It seems that I have a bad habit of getting through my tasks but not acknowledging
them in the form of “reflection”. So even though I get things done during the day,
because I don’t take the time to reflect, at the end of the day I don’t feel like I’ve
accomplished anything and am left with a feeling of “emptiness”.
Sometimes I just have to sit back and enjoy the view.
Maybe you will find something on this list that will be helpful to you.
