Raspberry-almond chocolate bark

Summertime lends to adding an array of seasonal fruits, veggies & berries to my daily baking & cooking!

This summer I had the opportunity to pick raspberries and have since frozen some and also dehydrated some. The berries did not all but disappear as one might think during the dehydrating process, but stayed close to their original size and shape! I store my dehydrated raspberries (and chopped rhubarb on the far left) in mason jars, that I think are so pretty to look at!

 

 

I had a craving for chocolate as of late and had a brilliant idea to add raspberries to my original chocolate bark recipe.

I stirred in fresh raspberries to the melting sauce, then added dried raspberries after the sauce had been poured into the pan.

The chocolate bark turned out the best ever!!
