Nuts n’ bolts- gluten free/vegan

This is the very first year that I have decided to make nuts n’ bolts!

I am a fan of savoury snacks and have developed a recipe to my liking that is wheat free!

 

After a little research I found out which cereals are wheat free and which have less sugar added.

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

4 c rice chex
4 c honey nut chex
4 c original cheerios
1 1/2c roughly chopped raw almond
1/2 c raisins

1/3 c avocado oil
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp himalayan salt

 

Whisk together oil & ingredients listed below it.
In large bowl drizzle seasoned oil over cereal & mix thoroughly.

Spread evenly onto 2-3 ungreased cookie sheets
Bake 250f 1.5 hours, stirring every 20-30 mins.

Let cool completely before storing.
