Life as an artist during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Over the past several years, I have built up a pretty good presence
as a wildcraft artist here in BC.

Having proudly become my life long dream as a full time artist.

I had spent all winter creating art pieces as usual, with the prospect of selling at our local farmers market again this year.

Over the past few years even with road closures due to wild fire and thick smoke from nearby fires, still travelling visitors came to visit our market to buy gifts and or local veggies.

Our town’s largest annual fairs, the “Apricot Festival” and our SPCA Christmas Craft Fair were well attended.

To date, I have all but stopped creating art to be sold and at the moment I am just finishing off one last basket that I had started last February.

It has been hard not creating daily, a mental shift that I am struggling with and I am sure that I am not alone, as fairs have been cancelled across the country, and shops that are deemed "non essential" have closed.

It is a despairing time.

As I worked all winter creating, I have some stock for sale.
At this time, the stock will not be replenished.

I would like to extend an offer while supplies last:

Free standard shipping on orders over $99.00.

Orders can be of multiple items.

Namaste
