Keep the beer, lose the belly

BeerI’ve decided to post this article that my husband read in a copy of his Men’s Health magazine. No matter what I might suggest, until he seems to see it written in black & white in his Men’s Health “bible”, he doesn’t believe it.
He came across this article last winter, and directly after reading it, decided to totally take alcohol out of his diet.
We eat very healthily and exercise regularly, but he still was not satisfied with his waist size.

After 1 month he lost 7 pounds. Within 6 months he lost 20 pounds and has been able to keep it off. He says he feels much better, both physically and mentally.

I had also stopped drinking alcohol, even my lite beers. I lost 8 pounds and have also been able to keep it off!

I urge anyone to take alcohol out of their diet, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain!

The article below pretty much says that you can do all the work outs you want but if you don’t quit the booze, you won’t loose the fat!

Alcohol, especially in beer, should be taken out of one’s diet. It may be taken occasionally but not as a regular part of one’s diet. Should one wants to lose some weight, start giving up on drinking alcohol and live a healthy lifestyle. Then, you will see the difference.
