Home made hot chocolate

The ultimate best home made hot chocolate,  rich tasting and made from healthy ingredients!

makes 2 servings

 

1 c unsweetened almond milk
1 c water
4 T unsweetened cocoa powder
2 T unpasteurized honey
1 tsp organic black strap molasses
pinch cherry bomb chili pepper (or whatever you have in your cupboard)

optional:
for an extra bump (added energy) add 1 T coconut butter

 

Directions:

  • place saucepan on med heat, slowly add liquid making cocoa into a paste.
  • slowly add liquid mixing out any lumps
  • melt in honey, molasses and chili powder & coconut butter
  • serve when thoroughly heated
