What I love to eat and why
We are blessed to live in a time and place where most of us are able to choose what we want to eat.
During my journey of figuring out how to eat well, I have found that I have gotten “back to basics”. Eating non processed foods, growing veggies in my garden, buying foods grown locally and harvesting what naturally grows wild on the land.

Over the past couple of decades in researching how to achieve a healthier body from the inside out, I have figured out a way to cook/bake healthier. The recipes I post use “home milled” flour, home flaked whole grains and alternatives for butter and sweeteners.
