Angela’s Energizing Wake Up & Go Shake

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
  • 1/2 tsp maca root powder
  • 1/2 c fresh or frozen kale
  • 1/2 – 1 frozen banana (1 whole for 2 servings)
  • 1/4-1/2 c frozen Saskatoon berries
  • 1/2 frozen orange slices
  • 1T plain yogurt
  • 1 c water

Blend well (Vitamix wet container works great, or any blender), serve immediately

    What is a Saskatoon berry? I’ve never heard of them or seen them in the freezer section at the store. Can I use blueberries? The super foods and fruits are a winning combo 🙂
